District Four Detectives are looking for QiJuan Rogers, wanted for a Felonious Assault Shooting, Having Weapons Under Disability, Domestic Violence and Assault. During an altercation, Rogers is accused of pulling out a gun and shooting the victim at point blank range. QiJuan Rogers is a black male 21 years old, 6’1 and 200 lbs. QiJuan Rogers has a history of Trafficking in Drugs and Weapons charges. Rogers was last known to live on Bonepart Ave in Evanston.

Authorities in Highland County are now searching for a person who they said could have information about the disappearance of Madison "Maddie" Bell, an 18-year-old who went missing Sunday. 

The Highland County and Ross County sheriff's offices have shared images of a white Nissan sedan and a  man who they are interested in identifying, they said. 

"This individual may have information related to the disappearance of Madison Bell," a Facebook post from the Highland County Sheriff's Office said. 

The photo of the man in question was taken at a local business near the place that Bell disappeared, said Highland County Chief Deputy Brandon Stratton.

"This guy is attached to this car, and this car is believed to have been at the location Maddie left her car at," Stratton told the Chillicothe Gazette.

The car is a white sedan with California plates. The man has brown hair, a short beard and thin mustache, and was last seen wearing a white shirt with a green check pattern. 

Bell disappeared Sunday morning after she failed to make it to her tanning appointment on Ohio 28.

POLICE ASK FOR TIPS IN ATM THEFT [Case# 20-1594]

The West Chester Police Department had a theft of an ATM from Chase Bank at 8115 Highland Pointe Drive on Friday, May 22. 

The suspects stole a pick-up truck from another jurisdiction and used it to pull the ATM out of the drive-thru of the bank.  The ATM was recovered just off the bank property and the stolen pick-up truck was recovered in a nearby apartment complex.

Police are asking anyone who may have information related to this crime or who may know the identities of the suspects involved to contact the West Chester Police Department at 513-777-2231.

Gibson is accused of presenting a fake Driver’s license with the victim’s name and attempted to withdraw over $7500.00 in US Currency from the victim’s bank account. Gibson fled an left the ID behind. She was identified from bank surveillance camera. Rhonda Gibson is a white female 42 years old, 5’7 and 150 lbs. On May 28, 2020, at approximately 7:15 PM, District Five officers responded to a report of a person shot in the 4900 block of Hawaiian Terrace.  First responders located a shooting victim who was deceased at the scene. The victim has been identified as Martin Haley Jr, 23 years of age.

The investigation by the Cincinnati Police Department’s Homicide Unit is ongoing.  Anyone with information about this homicide is asked to call the Homicide Unit at (513) 352-3542.

On April 4, 2020 the attached female entered two Northern Kentucky US Bank’s.  She made three attempts to withdrawal money from a victims bank account.  The victim lives in the City of Milford in Ohio.  The suspect provided the bank clerks a fake driver’s license of the victim, as a form of identification.  The suspect was able to withdrawal $1,500 from the victim’s bank account.

District Four Detectives are looking for Alfred Orso, wanted on Seven Counts of Felonious Assault. According to police reports, Orso stepped from behind a tree and began firing shots at the victims, that included 5 children age 2-9 years old. No one was struck, however bullets were lodged in the trunk area of their vehicle. Alfred Orso is a black male 42 years old, 6’0 and 208 lbs. Orso has a history of Trafficking in Drugs and Weapons Charges and he was last known to live on St. Elmo Place in College Hill.

 On June 6, 2020, at approximately 1:37 AM, District Five officers responded to reports of a person shot in the 1300 block of Boyd Street.  Responding officers located a shooting victim outside at that location.  The Cincinnati Fire Department transported the victim to University Hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.  The victim has been identified as Basil Blackman, 30 years of age.
