On April 9, 2020, at approximately 1:43 AM, District Five officers responded with the Cincinnati Fire Department to a report of a vehicle crash in the 4500 block of Colerain Avenue. The driver of the vehicle was found to be suffering from a gunshot wound and was transported to University Hospital where she died from her injuries. The victim has been identified as Megan Donahue, 34 years of age.

Cincinnati Police Department District 2 is attempting to identify the suspect who broke into several vehicles parked in the 1300 block of East McMillan Avenue and Bell Place. The suspect observed below was captured on camera forcing his way into several parked vehicles and removed numerous items valued at $290.00. Suspect is known to frequent this area.

Arthur Thomas is wanted for Robbery and multiple counts of Domestic Violence. Arthur Thomas is a black male 40 years old, 6’1 and 185 lbs. Arthur Thomas has a history of Felonious Assault, Domestic Violence and Having Weapons under Disability. Thomas was last known to live on Truitt Ave in Bond Hill.

On April 16, 2020, at approximately 4:05 PM, District Three officers responded to a report of a person shot in the 2400 block of Westwood Northern Blvd. First responders located a shooting victim who was deceased at the scene. The victim has been identified as Mr. Fred Spivey Jr., 53 years of age.

Cincinnati Detectives are looking for Dante Olverson , wanted for Domestic Violence and two counts of Felonious Assault. Olverson is accused of firing 4 shots at the victim who was a passenger in a vehicle traveling south-bound on I-75. Dante Olverson is a black male 28 years old, 5’10 and 215 lbs. Dante Olverson has a history of Trafficking in Drugs, Having Weapons Under Disability and Robbery. Dante Olverson was last known to live on Marion Rd in Woodlawn.

Victim stated she lost her bank card on 3/21/2020 at the Wal Mart located at 8451 Colerain Ave. The card was then used at Kroger in North College Hill and the Mt. Healthy Larosas. Card was also used at an unknown Dollar General and Sally’s Beauty Supply.

The victim was transported to University Hospital via the Cincinnati Fire Department where she succumbed to her injuries. The victim has been identified as Sharde Tarpley, 25 years of age.

Jason Duff is wanted on two counts of Felony Breaking and Entering and two counts of Felony Theft. Captured on surveillance, Duff broke into a car dealership by removing an air conditioner and climbing into the window. He then took keys from the mechanics area and drove off in a vehicle that was there being serviced.
