Colerain Police and Cincinnati District 4 Police are looking for Edward Holmes for Felony Forgery and Felony Theft. Holmes is accused of obtaining invoices from an affiliated temporary agency of the victim and applied employee’s names along with his own name to request payment for work that was never completed. The victim stated Holmes received payment and cashed checks. Edward Holmes is a black male, 44 years old, 5’7” and 130 lbs. He has serviced time in prison for Robbery, Abduction, Receiving Stolen Checks, and Domestic Violence. Holmes was last known to live in the North Avondale area.
