Cincinnati Police District Three is looking for Tramelle Riggs for Felony Aggravated Burglary. The victim stated Riggs entered her apartment by kicking in the front door. Once inside, Riggs choked the victim causing visible injuries. Tramelle Riggs is a black male, 28 years old, 6’00”, and 150 lbs. Riggs has a history of multiple drug-related charges, and he was last known to live on May Street in Walnut Hills.
