Cincinnati Police District Three is looking for William Craft for Felony Theft. Craft is accused of breaking the window out of the victim’s vehicle and taking property. Investigators say the suspect left blood on the front seat of the vehicle. A DNA sample was taken; and a match was returned identifying Craft. William Craft is a white male, 33 years old, 6’02”, and 165 lbs. Craft has a history of Theft and Aggravated Menacing and was last known to live in the 1600 block of State Avenue in the East Price Hill area.
