District Two detectives are looking for James Boswell, wanted on two counts of Felony Theft. James Boswell offered to reseal the victim’s driveway. There was no contract for the work. The couple wrote a check for 4,000.00. Mr. Boswell did 1/3 of the work, cashed the check, but never returned to complete the project. James Boswell is a white male, 61 years old, 5’11" and 260 lbs. James Boswell has a history of Thefts and Insurance Fraud and was last known to live on Lakeside Drive in West Chester, Ohio.
