Shelby Lynne Knapp was indicted for Aggravated Trafficking in Drugs, Aggravated Possession of Drugs and Felony Forgery. Cincinnati Police District Three is also looking for Knapp for two counts of Felony Theft. Shelby Knapp is a white female, 26 years old, 5’07” and 200 lbs. Knapp has a history of drug charges, and was last known to live in Hamilton, Ohio.
