On June 21, 2020, at approximately 1:36 AM, District Four officers responded to reports of a person shot in the 200 block of McGregor Avenue. Responding officers located a shooting victim outside at that location. The Cincinnati Fire Department transported the victim to University Hospital where he succumbed to his injuries. The victim has been identified as Christopher Metz, 37 years of age.
The investigation by the Cincinnati Police Department’s Homicide Unit is ongoing. Anyone with information about this homicide is asked to call the Homicide Unit at (513) 352-3542.
