Cincinnati District 5 Police is looking for Ravea Foster for Felonious Assault, where Foster’s accused of knowingly attempting to cause serious physical harm to the victim by pulling out a 9MM handgun and shooting at the victim five to six times. Ravea Foster is a black male, 28 years old, 6’00”, and 195 lbs. Foster has a history of Criminal Damaging and was last known to live in the 3400 block of Woodburn Avenue in Evanston.
