On 9/28/2019 at 10:00 PM a felonious assault offense was committed at the BP located at 1550 Queen City avenue. The suspect in the offense struck the victim with his vehicle in the parking lot of the BP Unimart causing the victim serious physical harm. The suspect is described as a medium skinned black male, 5’5”, 140 to 150 lbs with a beard and a light mustache. The suspect was wearing a black and gold short sleeve t-shirt, green camouflage shorts and black gym shoes. The suspect operated a smaller tan or gold colored 4 door vehicle with no hubcaps.
