Cincinnati Police Personal Crimes Squad is looking for Walter Perez-Vazquez for Felony Rape. He’s accused of raping two victims under the age of 13 years old. Walter Perez-Vazquez is a Hispanic male, 19 years old, 4’11” tall and 135 lbs. His last known address is on Woodlawn Avenue in East Price Hill and he’s known to hang in the Price Hill area.
