Cincinnati Police District Three are trying to identify the female, male, and van in the attached photos. This is in regards to an Aggravated Robbery/shooting of a paraplegic victim on 2/4/18 at 1905 Elmore Av. The suspects are accused of pulling the victim from his wheelchair and shooting him in his buttocks.
