Clermont County Sheriff is looking for Heather Marie Rector for Identity Fraud and Felony Forgery. Heather Rector is a white female, 27 years old, 5’0” tall, and 125lbs. Her prior arrests include drug charges. Rector’s last known address was on Lucy Creek Road in Amelia.
